The DL-APB-LED-30W permanent mount LED deck light from Larson Electronics provides operators with a lighting solution in applications where a low voltage light is preferred. The 30 watt PAR46 LED light emitter is resistant to damage from shocks and vibration and reportedly more efficient than incandescent lights. The LED assembly has an average lifespan rating of 50,000 hours and draws 2.5 amps on a 12 volt DC electrical system, according to Larson. Producing 2,700 lumens of light output, the light is available in a spot beam configuration that will produce a beam 600’ long by 100’ wide.
The deck light is equipped with a 360° spindle that allows the light to make complete rotations while being permanently mounted to a surface. Located above the spindle mount, a joint allows the light to be adjusted up or down by the operator. A chrome-plated knob adjusts the vertical tilt of the light. The deck light can be mounted to any flat surface using four small screws and a rubber gasket. Twenty-four inches of wiring is provided with the unit to connect to any 12 volt DC power source. A single rocker switch provides the on/off operation.
